Fluffy Cow Farm is part of a larger mission known as Rooterville Animal Sanctuary, founded by Elaine more than two decades ago. What began as a small refuge has grown into a sanctuary spanning over 20 acres, providing a forever home to rescued farm animals — from pigs and goats to chickens and beloved Highland cows.

Elaine’s work has always been guided by compassion and service. The animals here are not exhibits; they are residents, each with a story, a personality, and a place of safety.
