Step outside and immerse yourself in a true outdoor experience with direct access to the Dead Lakes and Apalachicola River, ideal for fishing, kayaking, and boating.

Stay & Paddle Free: One complimentary kayak is available per booking, subject to availability and weather conditions. Guests also enjoy two on-site fishing ponds, a nature trail, boat ramps, and fishing piers.

If you're traveling with young children, older adults, are pregnant, or have heat-sensitive medical conditions, we encourage you to consider the forecast before your stay. The tent can become quite warm during peak afternoon heat, and the AC is intended to reduce the heat and improve comfort rather than cool the tent like a traditional home or hotel.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
