Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Ingrid's passion for hospitality is rooted in a family legacy that began in the early 1870s. For more than 150 years, this land has been passed down through generations of strong women, starting with her great-great-great grandmother, Alzeda, then Alzeda's daughter Mom Mollie, and then Mom Mollie's daughter, Aunt B. After Aunt B, the land came to Ingrid, who now carries the privilege of preserving their history while creating a peaceful place for guests to rest, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Her life has been shaped by service, from working as an aircraft mechanic in the U.S. Air Force, to serving her community as a police officer, criminal investigator, school resource officer, English teacher, and high school principal. The idea for this ranch came to Ingrid when she was just nine years old, walking this very land. Today, Khushatta Hills Ranch is more than a destination to her, it's the continuation of a family legacy and the fulfillment of a lifelong calling. She's honored to welcome every guest who visits.
