What is the pet policy and fee at 12 Fires Winery glamping?

We are a pet-friendly glamping site. The pet fee is $20 per pet per stay. We welcome "furry kids" in our tents and at the 12 Fires Winery tasting room. For safety, pets must be leashed at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the glamping unit.

Are there cooking facilities or a grill on-site?

Yes. Each unit has a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Guests also have access to a shared fire pit area equipped with a grill, charcoal, and essential utensils. For a local meal, the 12 Fires Tasting Room serves wood-fired pizzas and charcuterie boards.

How do I check the burn ban status for campfires in Johnson City?

Fires are permitted in our dedicated fire pits unless a Blanco County burn ban is active. You can check the real-time status at the Blanco County official website. Complimentary firewood and starters are provided when fires are allowed.

Can I book a wine tasting during a weekday stay?

While the 12 Fires Winery tasting room standard hours are Friday–Sunday (12 PM – 6 PM), weekday wine tastings are available by advanced reservation — perfect for engagement celebrations or quiet mid-week anniversaries.

Is the glamping tent at 12 Fires climate-controlled?

Yes. Our luxury tents feature heating and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable sleep. Because this is an authentic glamping experience, we suggest checking the weather and dressing accordingly, as temperatures inside a tent can fluctuate more than in a traditional hotel.
